Journaling your progress is a great way to keep you on track – whether you are losing weight, reducing stress, or getting healthy. The Parks Fitness Challenge program allows you to track all your health activities, such as, "Ran today." or "Walked 1 mile." You can see your progress on a private on-line portal, keep count of your activities and the number you have left to earn your reward.

Go for GOLD

We encourage you to track as many activities as you'd like, however, only 6 challenge activities count towards earning your reward. We've made it easy to track your progress. Now, go for it!
